Luk Tung Kuen has been introduced to My Refuge Christian Center in Roaring Creek, which is near the capital city - Belmopan, of Belize in Central America. Instructional materials were given to the people at the center. Early morning sessions were practiced for 10 days so that the participants were well coached with the proper techniques. They really enjoyed the exercise and started to experience the benefits that it provided. They are committed to continue with the morning LTK exercise at the center.
