Lucy Chun's Hawaii Luk Tung Kuen group of 10 worked out with Christina, Michael, Mrs. Poon, Larry , Monica and Mr. Fong, among many other at Kowloon Park for 2 days on April 22 and 23.

The Hawaii group was winding down from their tour to China and Hong Kong. Unfortunately Evelyn Ting our main contact who graciously arranged for our meeting was delayed in Venice due to the poor visibility from Iceland volcanic erruption!! However, this major unexpectedly incident did not deter Evelyn to continue to keep our visit smooth and memorable. She organized and spear headed everything to keep us in touch with the Luk Tung Kuen Hong Kong assistants.

True to form Evelyn immediately contacted Hong Kong and Christina met us at 6AM and arranged for us to meet her group of avid participants.

We were impressed with how most of them all came out earlier to limber up and stretch, jog, play badminton and shuttle cock and to socialize before their 630 LTK class.

The many people we met looked way younger than their chronological age. Simply put: everyone looked very YOUNG!!

We are grateful to the many friends we have made as we have proven to ourselves that when we have a common goal in mind such as to stay fit and healthy, it's very easy to make friends and our friendship will go on forever no matter how far apart we my be.
