Movement 2: Hands Open Door #2 開門二式

Place your right foot forward and hold your hands (still with fingers interlocked) on the right side of your ribs, just below the bust line. Press down over your right foot for five counts. Stand up straight after each count. Repeat on the left side – left foot forward and press down for five counts, standing upright after each count and breathing.

This exercise ends by bringing the hands back to the chest (center position) to ten counts with feet apart to the width of your shoulders
