Movement 3: Cross Hands 十字手
Stand with feet apart only as wide apart as your shoulders. Bring the right hand up, keeping it straight over your head slightly toward the front and then place left hand under right hand so it looks like a cross. Be sure to spread out all ten fingers. Bring the crossed hands back with power (energy) in one quick move (about 5 inches) and then bring the two arms down by opening to each side in a half circle on the side of your body and repeat by raising your arms above your head again. Be sure to pause when the hands are over the front of your head. Do it ten times.
Next, bring your left hand up and cross the right hand underneath it, bring back , pause and come down in front of your face and body and back up to the cross hand position over your head. Repeat ten times.
