Movement 5: Rotate the Wrists 反掌

It is also known as Turn Over One’s Hand.

Hold the same position as in the 4th movement with arms extended, fingers stretched apart and feet apart as wide part as your shoulders. Turn only at the wrists clockwise to the count of ten.

Then, reverse to doing it counterclockwise also ten times. Keep your face facing forward.
