Movement 10: Arms Straight Up & Down

This is a very easy movement. Just make sure to keep your arms close to your body.

Place your right hand above your head with palm facing up, your left hand is at your waist with palm facing down. You push up your right hand and press down your left hand simultaneously for ten times. Now, reverse the hand positions and repeat ten times.
