Movement 15: Hands Push-out 出掌斂腳 Hold your hands with fingers spread out on the side of your waist, elbows bent. Push your hands out with force in front of you, fingers spread and extended, raising your heels on the first count at the same time. On the second count, bring the hands to each side (palms down) and make a forceful flip turning the palms upward (you should have dropped your heels by then). On the third count, bring the palms to the side of your body with a slight slap. The counting goes like this - One..two..three….Two..two..three…Three..two..three
