Movement 19: Hands Straight Swing-out

With arms extended outward to the side of your body, you focus your eyes on the right middle finger and rotate your waist 45 degrees to the left, bringing your right hand to the left side and lining up with the left arm which is straight. To avoid getting dizzy, you need only to look at the middle finger when the turning has stopped. Your head turns to the left side as you move your right arm but your eyes will only look at the middle finger after it stops the rotation. Repeat by turning to right side with right arm extended and left arm closing in to line up with right arm. Repeat ten times.
