Movement 27: Neck Massage 頸部運動

There are four parts to this exercise.

First is brushing your chin upward – two strokes on one count and lift your head slightly.

Second is brushing down across your neck along your jaw.

Third is tapping with 8 fingers extended on your cheek to your temple ten times.

Fourth is using your finger tips to tap lightly from your temple to the top of your head ten times.
