Movement 29: Throw Out Hands 攤手運動 Feet apart, stretch out your arms on each side and flick your hands using the strength of your wrists to two counts. Then bring your fists (folding your fingers over your thumbs on both hands) to the temple, and with force, bring the fists down to level with your shoulders. Next throw your fingers out by opening your fists on each side. Then, relax your hands.
