Movement 30: Tapping Nerve Behind Ears
掩耳運動

Press your palms to cover both of your ears. Place the index finger over the middle finger on right side. Flick down the index finger so it makes a drumming noise which can be heard against your skull.

This is tapping the nerve behind your ears to improve your hearing. Start with right hand and after ten counts, repeat on left side with your left hand.
