Movement 31: Brushing the Waist 掃腰夾 Keep feet apart as wide as your shoulders. Turn right foot out slightly and bend to the right side from the waist. Lift your left hand over head with palm facing upward, then brush down with your right hand from the armpit along the body, past the kidney to center between the legs. Do it ten times. Repeat with the other side, turn left foot out and slight bend the left knee. Lift your right hand over head with palm up and brush down with your left hand along the body.
