Movement 33: Two Dragons Spitting Pearl There are three parts to this movement. Part 1 You stand feet apart. Bring your hands back, then forward and straight, fold your fingers over the thumbs, bring hands back to your chest, push them back out, flip over the fists and bring them back to your chest. Open your fists and bring the hands down the sides of your legs, bending over, place your hands together (the back of one hand against the back of the other), fold yor fingers over your thumbs and bring your hands around to your back and place them at the spine to support your back. Bend backwards, but DO NOT THROW YOUR NECK BACK. Part 2 Place your right foot forward. Repeat the LTK fist and arm movement, which is to bring your hands back, then forward and straight out, fold your fingers over your thumbs, bring hands back to your chest, then push them out in front, flip over the fists and bring back to your chest. Open your fists and bring hands down in the middle between your legs. With the back of your hand against the back of the other hand, come up and line up with the right foot. Point your hands over your right foot. Then, fold your arms behind your back. Bend backward but hold your head straight with eyes look forward and count to three, then lean forward with chin up to three counts, then back up into position. Part 3 Place your left foot forward, bring your hands back and forward straight, hold the fist, bring the hands back against the chest and push out and flip over and come down the middle on the left side. Rise up in the middle above your toe and wrap your arms behind your back with your fists supporting the back and bend backwards to three counts. Face forward and chin up to 3 counts and then straighten up.
