Movement 34: Six Plum Movement 六度梅
Bring your arms up gently to level with your shoulders, then drop to the sides and raise the hands to the waist and spread your ten fingers, and give one firm downward push.
Next, bend your neck six times starting on the right side. Then, bring your hands above your head and then make a circular movement and drop the hands to the side. Next, rest your hands on your thighs and with legs slightly apart, bend your knees and make a circle from left to right 10 times and then right to left 10 times.
